Description:
WiAIR-1000 Desktop Air Cushion Machine Brings the Industrial Packaging System to you. The machine is very small that only 455 mm long and 3.6 KG. The airframe is small but energy is large. It can blow up the 200mm single bubble and the 200 mm row bubble. It is the only machine can blow up a variety of membrane volumes in today's market. When Preheated for 3 minutes, the machine's green indicator is bright longly and the temperature is reaching 150-160 ℃ constantly. The machine will not be restricted by the cold winter or summer 's high temperatures. Air volume can be freely adjusted. The Blade,with carbide steel,can be used up to 1 year normally. And it is easy to replace.Innovative design of lock wheel solves the problem of film deviation completely. In the process of film walking, it ensures that the film position is fixed and does not occur deviation. it can make as many air cushions as all your demand of shipping needs.

Installation of film roll
1.Put the roll film on the feeding roller properly. There is a groove in the roll film. That should align to the feeding roller protruding part.
2.The roll feeding direction to pass through to the tension column.
3.The roll film pass through to the tension column and open the roll film tensioner to un-lock position. And press to lock position when roll film is pass through to the tension roller properly.
4.Roller film pass through the nozzle guide post.
5.Pulling the roll film to close enought and touch just right between the hot sealing wheels to ensure when push start button the machine can pull out film till reach the front pulling wheels, and start making air cushion smoothly.
